Delivery

We operate a FREE UK shipping policy on ALL ORDERS!

All items will be sent out via Royal Mail, please allow between 3-5 working days for delivery.

*Please note that Royal Mail are not operational on Sundays or Bank Holidays. BW Lifestyle Limited does not accept any responsibility or liability for delivery delays.

Please check your delivery information carefully before submitting your order as we cannot be held responsible for items that have not been delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

 

Returns

We want you to enjoy the products you purchase from us. If you have any problems or want to return items, please email us on info@bewelldrinks.co.uk and we will advise you further.

You have the right to cancel orders for goods bought online during the period of 14 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If the Customer wishes to proceed with retuning items she purchased from us, she/he is required to cover postage + packaging cost of returning the items to us.

Once your returned item has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved (i.e. the item is unused and in perfect resealable condition), your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 working days.

Should a customer wish to cancel their order and the monies has already left the customer's bank account, the company reserves the rights to refuse a refund.

 

Subscription cancelations

Our fully flexible subscription allows you to add one-time purchase to your monthly shipped subscription products, skip shipments, change your billing details or cancel anytime by logging into your account portal.

If the money has left your account or your box has already been dispatched on the month you wish to cancel, it will be the following month that the cancellation will take full effect. We advise you to cancel 3 working days before the renewal date, any cancellations made after that may be subject to monthly subscription payment.
